Rugby league returns to action at Lenton Lane this Friday evening (11th November) with an exciting double header!
First up, arch rivals Nottingham University and Nottingham Trent go head to head with a tasty looking second team encounter as both sides clash in a BUCS league game. The match kicks off at 5.30pm and will be played under the newly installed floodlights.
It promises to be an exciting match with both teams looking for their first win of the season and neither team will want to come off the pitch without securing a couple of much needed league points.
Indeed there are rivalries on the pitch and off it as Outlaws coaching staff Joe Shepherd, Ciaran Dean, Roy Reeve and Alessio Cauteruccio all go head to head as respective coaches of the university teams.
Once the rivalries have been settled the teams and supporters will head into the Outlaws clubhouse for a well earned drink and to watch the second match of the evening, the World Cup semi-final between Australia and New Zealand which will be showing on the big screen, kicking off at 7.45pm.
It promises to be a great night of rugby league and all local rugby league fans are urged to come down and support the local game.
