The annual Heroes Trophy clash between the Outlaws and the Royal Artillery has been scheduled for Friday June 22nd, kick off 7.30pm.
The fixture has moved to the later date in June from it’s usual March timeslot due to the Outlaws’ involvement in the 2018 Forty-20 Cup.
Outlaws Head Coach George Strachan is delighted that a mutually convenient date has been found in the calendar for the game. “The Heroes Trophy has been a highlight of the Outlaws season ever since the first game back in 2010.
“The games are always close affairs with very few points separating the teams, and the Gunners always provide stiff opposition for us.
“With the series currently standing at 4 games apiece, both teams will no doubt be looking to claim a win and take a 5-4 lead.”
